These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and EthicBizz ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, platform, courses, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of EthicBizz services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

EthicBizz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for lawful educational purposes only.

To use certain EthicBizz services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

All content on EthicBizz platform including curriculum, videos, images, text, code, and materials ("Content") are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree not to use EthicBizz services for any unlawful, inappropriate, or harmful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Illegal activities or content violating laws
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
• Cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• Unauthorized system access or hacking attempts
• Phishing, malware distribution, or security threats
• Spam, unsolicited communications, or manipulation
• Intellectual property infringement
• Privacy violations or doxxing

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

EthicBizz certificates represent completion of program requirements and demonstrated competency. By earning a certificate, you affirm that:

• You completed all coursework yourself
• You did not plagiarize or cheat
• All submitted work is your own original creation
• You understand the skills and concepts covered

EthicBizz takes academic integrity seriously. Evidence of cheating, plagiarism, or fraud may result in certificate revocation and program termination. Certificates may be withdrawn if integrity violations are discovered post-award.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• EthicBizz provides services "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations, so this may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EthicBizz, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of EthicBizz services
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your violations of applicable laws
• Your conduct on the platform

EthicBizz may integrate or link to third-party services including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), communication tools, and partner resources. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability or quality
• Data handling by third-party services
• Third-party terms, policies, or conduct
• Links or recommendations to external sites

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

EthicBizz may terminate or suspend your access to services:

• For violations of these Terms
• For non-payment of fees (for paid programs)
• For program completion
• For inactivity (as defined by program)
• For any lawful reason with notice

Upon termination, your access to course content and community will be revoked. Certificates and completion records remain valid for verification purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any disputes.

If you are located outside India, you may be subject to local laws that provide additional protections.

Before initiating legal action, we encourage parties to attempt informal resolution through communication. Contact us at support@ethicbizz.org to discuss any issues.

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as appropriate under Indian law.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions will remain in full force.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements you have with EthicBizz, constitute the entire agreement between you and EthicBizz regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
