- Parental consent is obtained for students under applicable age thresholds

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:

After program completion, student academic data is retained for certificate verification and alumni tracking. Personal contact information is retained until opt-out. School partnership data is retained throughout the partnership and 5 years after termination.
If EthicBizz transfers personal information to countries outside India or the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy agreements.
